Video Me (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect your information when you use the Video Me mobile application (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If such information is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
When you use the App, you may provide:

Videos you create
Content used for AI processing
Customer support communications
Uploaded media may contain human faces.
If uploaded images or videos contain faces, the App may process facial feature information solely to generate the requested AI video output.
“Face Data” refers to visual characteristics of facial features contained within uploaded media.
We do not:
Perform facial recognition
Identify real-world individuals
Authenticate identity using biometric data
Create biometric identifiers
Store facial recognition templates
Generate persistent facial embeddings
Use Face Data for surveillance, tracking, or profiling
Face Data is processed only to complete the user-requested AI function and is deleted within 24 hours in accordance with our retention policy.
We may automatically collect:
Device type
Operating system version
App version
Language settings
Anonymous or device identifiers
IP address
App usage data
Crash reports and diagnostics
Advertising Identifier (IDFA), subject to user authorization
This information helps ensure performance, stability, attribution, and fraud prevention.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple.
We do not collect or store payment information.
We may receive limited information such as:
Subscription status
Purchase confirmation
Transaction identifiers (non-financial)
This information is used only to enable premium features.
The App may be used in:
Guest mode (temporary session access)
Apple Sign-In
When signing in with Apple, we may receive:
A unique Apple user identifier
Name (if provided)
Email relay address (if provided)
This information is used solely for authentication and account management.
Video Me uses internally developed artificial intelligence systems to generate videos from user-uploaded images.
We do not integrate with, transmit data to, or rely on any third-party AI service providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google AI, Stability AI, Midjourney, or other external AI platforms.
All AI computations are performed on infrastructure owned and operated by us.
AI processing:
Occurs only in response to explicit user actions
Is fully automated
Does not involve human review
Does not use uploaded content to train or improve AI models
Uploaded content is used solely to generate the requested output.
Uploaded images and generated videos are retained for no longer than 24 hours.
Users may delete content earlier within the App.
We do not store uploaded media indefinitely.
We do not retain biometric or persistent facial data.
We use certain third-party service providers to operate the App:
Used for analytics and crash reporting.
Used for attribution and performance measurement.
Used for advertising attribution and campaign performance measurement.
These providers may process limited technical data such as:
Device identifiers
IP address
App interaction events
Advertising Identifier (subject to permission)
We do not share user-uploaded images or generated videos with these providers.

The App may access the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for attribution and analytics purposes.
We:
Request permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing IDFA
Do not access IDFA without user authorization
Do not sell advertising identifiers
Do not use IDFA for personalized in-app advertising
Users may manage tracking permissions in device settings at any time.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
You have the necessary rights to use the content
You have obtained consent from identifiable individuals appearing in the content
The content does not violate privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to remove content that violates applicable laws or policies.
We do NOT sell personal data.

To protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted communications and access controls.
No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
