By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

Video Me provides AI-powered tools that allow users to:
Generate videos from images
Enhance and edit photos
Create AI-generated visual content
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
If account functionality is available:
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain account confidentiality
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you upload.
You grant Video Me a limited, non-exclusive license to:

Modify
your content solely for providing and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content:
Does not violate laws
Does not infringe intellectual property rights
Does not violate privacy rights
You agree NOT to use the App to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Upload illegal or infringing content
Upload content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
Use the App for fraudulent or malicious purposes
Violations may result in immediate termination.
The App may offer subscriptions and in-app purchases.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
All billing is handled by Apple.
We do not store payment information.
AI-generated content:
May not always be accurate
May produce unexpected or imperfect results
Video Me makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
You are responsible for how you use generated content.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including:
Software
Design
Logos
Features
are owned by Video Me.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify the App without permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the App
Engage in illegal activity
You may stop using the App at any time.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee:
Continuous availability
Error-free performance
Accuracy of generated content
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Video Me shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Loss of profits
Loss of data
arising from use of the App.
The App may integrate third-party services.
We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
